Steve’s path in real estate has continued to accelerate since starting in the Austin, Texas market in 2005. From real estate agent to sales manager, top producer, and licensed broker, he has achieved great success while helping countless clients reach their personal real estate goals. 

In 2009, Steve founded his own company thriving boutique brokerage and property management firm. He and his team leverage their deep connections in Austin, capitalize on incomparable resources, and raise the bar on providing superior service in the community they love, live in, and serve. 

Having sold everything from small condos to large multiunit complexes, Steve is an experienced Austin market expert as well as a master at marketing, negotiations, and investment analysis. Most vital is his ability to listen and speak to a client’s unique needs. With a background in selling both apartment buildings and luxury real estate, he can see things from a financial perspective, yet understands the emotional side of buying or selling a home. 

Steve transitioned to real estate after an illustrious career in the world of film and television in California, working with some of the most talented advertising agencies, directors, photographers, and artists. He moved to Austin in 2005 with his family in tow and focused on the campus market when getting his feet wet in real estate. Steve has since acquired an impressive knowledge of all neighborhoods and facets of the industry, building solid relationships along the way. He understands that no two people, homes or investments are the same, and gives each transaction the attention and thoughtful approach it deserves. 

Married to Jill for 18 years and blessed with three awesome children, Steve resides in Lakeway (Lake Travis) where he specializes. The entire family is active in their community, from Austin Ridge Bible Church to Lake Travis Youth Association. Steve loves living on the green belt where he enjoys jogging and mountain biking and is an active member of The Hills of Lakeway Golf and Tennis Club.
