Cash to Purchase Program 

 

 

Once you sign up and provide us your lease information, we will credit you 20% of every rent payment towards the purchase of a home. This applies to any home purchase in Austin. The only restrictions to using these credits are that:

1. you use a RPA agent
2. you use one of our preferred lenders

Our preferred lender will work with you to improve your financials by analyzing your credit report, providing credit counseling and tips on how to improve your credit score, educating you on the home buying process, and exploring all methods to help you to become a qualified home buyer.

 

Once qualified, you’ll work with a Realty Pros agent to search, identify, tour and secure a contract on your next home. Our agents will discuss with you the best neighborhoods and properties to fit your preferences and financials. 

 

This program will help you through every step of going from a renter to a homeowner. Best of all, we will utilize the rents you are currently paying to help you in achieving your goals of home ownership. 

 

Note: The rent credits for home purchase will be applied at the time of closing either to the closing costs, reductions in purchase price, or to any other agreed upon terms. The credit cannot be used for down payment. The credits can reach up to 1.5% of the purchase price
